Work Philosophy
Two decades as a U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer (948B) and a career spanning defense, IT, and renewable energy taught me that strong projects rest on clarity, trust, and iteration.
- Systems over chaos. Start with the architecture, then make it human. The best plans are usable by busy teams.
- Bias for action. Ship value in small, inspectable slices. Momentum beats slide-ware.
- Accountability with calm. Communicate plainly, decide transparently, and remove drama from the work.
- Tools serve people. Technology should simplify decisions and surface the next right action.
My north star is measurable progress: schedule adherence, risk burn-down, and outcomes you can point at.
